The Medical Esthetic Institute from Zagreb and the Department of Anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka organise the “Anatomy Lab Adria Cadaver Course” that will take place at the Department of Anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka from 5 to 6 June 2023. Course coordinators are Assist. Prof. Željko Rotim, DMD, PhD, Vladlena Averina, MD, specialist in dermatology, and Prof. Gordana Starčević-Klasan, MD, PhD, the head anatomist. The course is intended for doctors of medicine with different specialist training and doctors of dental medicine who apply non-surgical and minimally aesthetic treatment of the face and neck. Through a detailed 3D presentation of the facial anatomy, the course will enable all participants to acquire skills necessary for the safe use of dermal fillers, neurotoxins and threads, which ensures safe medical procedures without endangering the patient’s health.
