On 1 June 2023 at 10 am, the workshop titled “Traumatic Brain Injury – insights through extracellular vesicles” will be held in the lecture hall of the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka.
Workshop topics include an overview of severe traumatic brain injury, the potential role of extracellular vesicles in this life-threatening condition, as well as the specifics of nanotechnologies used in the characterisation of extracellular vesicles.
The workshop is organised by Lara Valenčić Seršić, MD, PhD, Assist. Prof. Janja Tarčuković, MD, PhD, and Assoc. Prof. Kristina Grabušić, PhD, as part of the project funded by the Croatian Science Foundation titled “Identification of circulating biomarkers for neuro-recovery of brain-injured patients”.
