Erasmus mobility of invited incoming staff from enterprises

Within the Erasmus project 2022-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000051706, the University of Rijeka is funding the mobility for invited incoming staff from enterprises for teaching at the University of Rijeka. Invited staff from enterprises invited to teach at UNIRI may be employed in any public or private company/institution/organisation located in any of the Erasmus programme countries (besides Croatia) that is not awarded with an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE).

The mobility is arranged by an invitation letter issued by the UNIRI constituent to the staff member of the enterprise, after which the Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching is signed. The candidate can submit their application for the Erasmus+ grant to the Erasmus International Mobility Office.

The candidate must submit the following documents:

  1. Application form – incoming staff from enterprises
  2. Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching signed by all sides
  3. Invitation letter from the UNIRI constituent
  4. Employment status certificate
  5. CV (in English).

Duration of mobility: 1–10 days (travel days are not funded). The mobility can be attended in the period from 1 June 2022 to 20 July 2024.

The grant amount for Croatia is 112 EUR per day. Travel expenses are calculated as a lump sum according to the Distance band / Distance calculator determined by the European Commission.
