  • Place: Lecture room G-003 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka (University Campus, Radmile Matejčić 3)

The Conference was prepared by an international team of experts based on experiences and results obtained within the Erasmus+ project Relevant Assessment and Pedagogies for Inclusive Digital Education (RAPIDE).

The RAPIDE project ends at the end of February 2023. It has been implemented for two years, since March 2021, under the coordination of the Faculty of Organization and Informatics of the University of Zagreb in partnership with the following universities: Open University from Great Britain, Delft University of Technology from the Netherlands, Goethe University from Germany, Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb and University of Rijeka.

The main objective of this project was the development, application and exchange of innovative learning and teaching methods and the use of learning analytics to support students and teachers. More information about the project is available on the project’s official website.

The Conference will enable insight and acquisition of innovative learning and teaching practices such as flipped classroom and work- and project-based learning. It will include three hands-on workshops on the use of learning design concepts and tools and on strategic approaches to innovative pedagogies.

It is expected that the Conference will be attended by higher education teachers, teachers from primary and secondary schools, as well as decision-makers in education (principals, deans and vice deans, rectors and vice rectors, institutional heads in the educational system…). The Conference is listed in the Catalogue of Professional Meetings of the Croatian Education and Teacher Training Agency.
